Wintac Ltd Board approves rights issue at Rs. 100

The Board of Directors of Wintac Ltd at their Meeting held today have approved the proposal for issue of 66,82,828 Equity Shares on Rights Basis to the existing Shareholders in the ratio of 3 : 2 i.e., two shares for every three shares held at a price of Rs.100 per share (Rs.10 face value + Rs.90 premium per share) aggregating to Rs.66.83 crores.

Shares of WINTAC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.268 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 267. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4744 in over 20 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 268 and intraday low of 267. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1271283.
