Sabero Organics to consider allotment of shares on conversion of warrants at Rs 14.12

Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2007, inter alia, to allot 8,67,577 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 4.12 to M/s. Kalah Corporation on preferential basis on conversion of Warrants issued to them in terms of resolution of the Share Holders in the Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2006 and allotted in the Board Meeting held on October 10, 2006.
