Westlife Development Ltd grants 325200 options

Westlife Development Ltd pursuant to Westlife Development Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 has granted 3,25,200 (Three Lac Twenty Five Thousand Two Hundred) options (inclusive of 25,200 unallocated options from the previous grant made on November 6th, 2015) to the employees of Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited (the subsidiary company), which options may be exercised in various stages after one year of the grant, on terms as mentioned in the said scheme.
