Pasari Spinning allots 20,00,000 shares to Promoters as per BIFR scheme

Pasari Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at is meeting held on October 30, 2007, has allotted 20,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the promoters i.e. Pasari Exports Ltd pursuant to rehabilitation scheme sanctioned by Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction order dated March 05, 2003.
