The Board of Directors of Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd in their meeting held on Wednesday, July 05, 2017, at 02.00 P.M. has allotted 36,80,50,000 Bonus Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1.00 (Rupees One Only), each in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. one new Bonus Share for every one Equity shares held by the shareholders' of the Company.
