The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Holdings Limited by way of circular resolution(s) allotted 13,933 equity shares to the employees of the Company / Subsidiaries upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 317,941,124 to 317,955,056 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
