Shalimar Paints approves rights issue offer letter

The Board of Directors of Shalimar Paints Ltd at its meeting held today which concluded at 3:10 P.M., considered and approved the draft Letter of Offer of the Company and related documents in respect of the proposed Rights Issue of Rs. 50,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores Only).

Shares of SHALIMAR PAINTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.261.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 259.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2611 in over 61 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 266.85 and intraday low of 257.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 680037.
