Indusind Bank approves allotment of 94,250 Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank has allotted 94,250 (Ninety Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on June 16, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.

Shares of INDUSIND BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1500.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1493.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14308 in over 690 trades.
