Capital First Ltd approves issue of NCDs for Rs. 200 crores on private placement basis

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. June 15, 2017, has approved an issue of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of INR 75,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Seventy Five Crores) plus Green Shoe Option of INR 125,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Five Crores) on private placement basis.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.721.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 693.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 79884 in over 2671 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 724.4 and intraday low of 695.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56920830.
