Promoter of Polson Ltd announces Offer for Sale of shares

Mr Amol Jagdish Kapadia & Mrs. Sushila Jagdish Kapadia, Promoter of Polson Ltd ("the Company"), being the Seller Promoters proposes to sell 5,600 equity shares and 5,600 equity shares respectively aggregating to 11,200 equity shares of the face value of Rs.50/- each representing to 9.33% of share capital of the Company on 16th June, 2017 (for Non Retail Investor) and on 19th January, 2017 (for Retail investor and for Non-Retail who choose to carry forward their bids) in accordance with SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/18/2012 dated July 18, 2012 regarding Comprehensive Guidelines for Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoters through the Stock Exchange Mechanism, as amended by SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/36/2016 dated February 15, 2016, SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/12/2015 dated June 26, 2015, SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/04/2013 dated January 25, 2013, SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/24/2014 dated August 8, 2014 and SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/31/2014 dated December 01, 2014.

The Floor Price for the Offer shall be INR 9000/- (INR Nine Thousand Only) per equity share.
