Bank of India approves allotment of shares to LIC

Bank of India has allotted 1,75,00,000 fresh equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Life Insurance Corporation of India at a price of Rs. 126.81 per share.

Shares of BANK OF INDIA was last trading in BSE at Rs.139.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 137.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 858378 in over 3846 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.1 and intraday low of 136.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 118791485.
