Blue Star Ltd approves allotment of 5000 equity shares

The share transfer committee of Blue Star Ltd has vide its circulation dated June 7, 2017 has approved the allotment of Rs. 2 each under Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2013.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company stands increased to 9,56,47,488 equity shares of Rs. 2 each aggregating to Rs. 19,12,94,976.

Shares of BLUE STAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.633 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 630.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1602 in over 162 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 637.65 and intraday low of 627.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1014042.
