Zee Learn Ltd approves allotment of 245,238 shares pursuant to ESOP

The ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of ZEE Learn Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., on June 7, 2017 has approved allotment of total 2,45,238 Equity Shares consisting of 2,992 Equity Shares of Re.1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share; and 7,246 Equity Shares of Re.1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 35.25 per Equity Share and 2,35,000 Equity Shares of Re.1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 31.80 per Equity Share under the ZLL ESOP 2010 - AMENDED 2015 Scheme.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 323,520,018 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 323,520,018/- to 323,765,256 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 323,765,256/-.

Shares of ZEE LEARN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.43.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 43.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14423 in over 123 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 43.6 and intraday low of 42.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 623141.
