Capital First Ltd approves issue of NCDs worth Rs. 25 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. June 05, 2017, has approved an issue of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of INR 25,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Crores) plus Green Shoe Option of INR 25,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Crores) on private placement basis.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.720 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 708.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 58560 in over 1821 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 724 and intraday low of 703. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 41977296.
