Dhanus Technologies to raise US$200 Million

With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 27, 2007, Dhanus Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2007, the Board has decided to raise FCCB's upto 200 million US dollars subject to regulatory approval and general body and compliance of applicable laws and procedures to consider the acquisition of Companies in line with the Company's strategic growth plan.

The stock was trading at Rs.344.90, up by Rs.2.10 or 0.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.354.50 and low of Rs.343.

The total traded quantity was 382382 compared to 2 week average of 2110143.
