Hindalco Industries Ltd approves allotment of 48206 Equity Shares Under ESOS

The Committee of directors of Hindalco Industries Ltd vide their resolution passed on 5th May, 2017 has allotted 48206 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each to the optionees as detailed in the resolution pursuant to the exercise of options granted to the employee under Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

Shares of HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.186.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 184.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 881607 in over 4793 trades.
