Oberoi Realty Ltd approves allotment of 11,400 equity shares pursuant to the exercise of stock options

The Board of Directors of Oberoi Realty Ltd via a resolution passed by circulation on April 25, 2017 have allotted 11,400 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to the exercise of stock options. The exercise price for the said options is Rs. 260 per share.

Post the aforesaid allotment, the equity shar capital of the company stands increased to 33,95,68,250 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 3,39,56,85,200.

Shares of OBEROI REALTY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.392.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 398.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17615 in over 793 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 405.6 and intraday low of 386.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7049081.
