Apollo Hospitals allots 7047119 equity shares

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Share Allotment Committee will be held on October 26, 2007 to approve, issue and allot 7,047,119 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 605.07 per share to Apax Mauritius FDI One Ltd.
