NOCIL Ltd approves allotment of 2,55,200 Equity Shares

Pursuant to NOCIL Ltd's 'Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007', on 6th April 2017, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 2,55,200 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 37.65 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 1st April 2015 to the Senior Management Personnel.
