The Board of Directors of Satin Creditcare Network Ltd has passed the resolution by circulation on April 21, 2017, with respect to allotment of 6,58,690 Fully Convertible Warrants ('Warrants') and 15,43,187 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the persons belonging to promoter group and non- promoter group respectively, on preferential issue basis.
