Indusind Bank approves allotment of 14,423 Shares Under the company'S Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 14,423 (Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Three) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on April 20, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
