PVR to issue 12 Lakhs Warrants

PVR Ltd has announced that pursuant to shareholders approval obtained for the issue of 12,00,000 warrants convertible into one equity share of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 215.57/- per share, Priya Exhibitors Pvt Ltd has paid Rs 25,820,400/- (Rupees Two Crore Fifty Eight Lacs Twenty Thousand Four Hundred only) being 10% of the total price consideration for 12,00,000 warrants calculated at the rate of Rs 215.17/- each. The Warrants have since been allotted to the said allottees on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.180.50, up by Rs.3.95 or 2.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.182 and low of Rs.178.20.

The total traded quantity was 12908 compared to 2 week average of 10710.
