Godrej Properties Ltd announces lapse of 5783 options

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Properties Ltd have noted that 5,783 stock options under Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Grant Scheme 2011 (GPL ESGS) have lapsed on April 19, 2017 on account of resignation of an employee.

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.448.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 438.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28685 in over 1026 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 454 and intraday low of 435. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12774449.
