Arvind Ltd approves allotment of 158000 Equity Shares

The Boad of Directors of Arvind Ltd have approved the allotment of 1,58,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each under Employees Stock Option Scheme 2008(ESOS 2008) to the employees on 18th April, 2017 pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them.
