The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Holdings Limited by way of circular resolution(s) allotted 26,430 equity shares to the employees of the Company/ Subsidiaries upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from equity shares 31,79,08,194 to 31,79,34,623 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
