Garware Offshore Services Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors on October 23, 2007 has allotted 4,63,900 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each upon conversion of Warrants, allotted in the 3rd Preferential Allotment of the Company to the Promoters and Non-Promoters.
