Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd approves allotment of Secured, Redeemable, NCDs on Private Placement Basis

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has announced with reference to the Company's proposal to issue, in one or more tranches, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakhs each ('NCDs') aggregating Rs. 100 crore, on a private placement basis, and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Operations Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted NCDs aggregating Rs. 100 crore.

Shares of INDIABULLS REAL ESTATE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.80.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 83. The total number of shares traded during the day was 480659 in over 1700 trades.
