Pursuant to the special resolution passed by members of Aryaman Financial Services Ltd in an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 15, 2017, Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. March 21, 2017, have allotted 7,07,000 Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 22.50/-
