Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd approves allotment of 7634 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd vide its circular resolution dated 20 March 2017, has approved the Allotment of 7,634 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each to eligible employee(s) under the FLFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 (FLFL ESOS - 2013) of the Company.

Post allotment, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.38,00,11,644/- divided into 19,00,05,822 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each to Rs.38,00,26,912/- divided into 19,00,13,456 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each.

Shares of Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.221.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 218.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17931 in over 320 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 222.35 and intraday low of 216.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3951364.
