Grasim Industries Ltd approves allotment Of 27905 Equity Shares Under ESOP

The stakeholders relationship committee of the board of directors of Grasim Industries Ltd has approved the allotment of 27905 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each of the company upon exercise of stock options and restricted stock units under the company's employee stock option scheme, 2013.

These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects and shall be subject to the provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased to 46,68,37,110 equity shares of Rs. 2 each aggregating to Rs. 93,36,74,220.

Shares of GRASIM INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1062.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1042.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 58870 in over 3352 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1070 and intraday low of 1035. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 62202388.
