iStreet Network Limited approves allotment of 1,25,000 Equity Shares on conversion of warrants

iStreet Network Limited has approved the allotment of 1,25,000 Equity shares on conversion of warrants as under :

Sanjyot Joshi jointly with Dr. Asha Joshi - 1,00,000 Equity shares;
Sanjyot Joshi - 25,000 Equity shares.

Post allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 8,47,00,000 to Rs. 8,52,00,000.

Shares of iStreet Network Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.15.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34093 in over 126 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15.8 and intraday low of 14.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 517451.
