Mold Tek Technologies allots 5 Lakhs shares on conversion of warrants

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 5,00,000 Equity Shares by way of Conversion of Warrants (the Warrants were allotted on April 24, 2006) to Promoters / Promoter Group as below. The Convertible Warrants were allotted on Preferential basis to the Promoters / Promoters Group pursuant to resolution passed by the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on April 10, 2006.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.115.50, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.118.15 and low of Rs.115.

The total traded quantity was 32330 compared to 2 week average of 54432.
