Lloyds Metals CoD Meeting allots warrants

Lloyds Metals & Engineers Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2007 has allotted 10,00,000 Warrants at a price of Rs 92/- per Warrant to be later on converted into Equity shares on preferential basis to Mr. Pawan Arya, Mr. Ravi Arya and Mr. Jignesh Gopani, Non Promoters, on the terms and conditions laid in the meeting.
