Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited approves allotment Of Equity Shares Under Various ESOP Schemes

Today i.e. March 7, 2017, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ('the Company'), has issued and allotted 61,605 (Sixty One Thousand Six Hundred Five only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 84,77,12,080/- divided into 42,38,56,040 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.850.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 853.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42763 in over 3747 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 858.95 and intraday low of 845. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 36352230.
