Pyramid Saimira Board Meeting on Oct 22, 2007 to consider issue of warrants

Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held October 22, 2007, to consider and allot 36,40,000 Convertible Warrants to the Promoter Director, Mr. P S Saminathan, on preferential basis.
