Powersoft Global allots 3000000 Warrants

Powersoft Global Solutions Ltd has announced that with regard to 3000000 Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 18/- per Warrant aggregating to Rs 8,40,00,000/- to be issued to Investors and a Promoter on preferential basis, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 19, 2007, has proceeded to allot 26,40,000 Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 18/- per Warrant.
