Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd approves allotment of 5590 Equity Shares

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has allotted 5,590 equity shares of the face value of Rs.10 each on February 27, 2017, pursuant to exercise of RSUs under the Company''s Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 1,30,24,39,880 (13,02,43,988 equity shares of Rs.10/- each) to Rs.1,30,24,95,780 (13,02,49,578 equity shares of Rs.10/- each).

Shares of ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1442.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1475.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23872 in over 1566 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1495 and intraday low of 1431. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 34723419.
