Intense Technologies Board Meeting on Oct 25, 2007 to allot shares

Intense Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 25, 2007, to consider the allotment of 16,00,000 Equity shares and 16,75,000 Equity Share Warrants convertible into Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a Price of Rs 83/- per Equity share on Preferential basis.
