RBL Bank Ltd approves allotment of 329301 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of stock options

RBL Bank Ltd has allotted 329,301 (Three Lac Twenty Nine Thousand Three Hundred & One) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on February 23, 2017 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 374,105,767 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,741,057,670 to 374,435,068 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,744,350,680.
