Indiabulls Ventures Ltd allots 890518 Equity shares pursuant to exercise of stock options

On February 23, 2017, Indiabulls Ventures Limited (formerly Indiabulls Securities Limited) ("the Company"), has issued and allotted 8,90,518 (Eight Lac Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Eighteen) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under -''Indiabulls Ventures Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008''.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 58,86,13,840/- divided into 29,43,06,920 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of INDIABULLS SECURITIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.39.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2259228 in over 6216 trades.
