Saksoft Ltd approves allotment on Exercise of Options under ESOP 2009 Plan

On recommendations received from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Saksoft Ltd vide circular resolution approved the allotment of 30,000 Equity Shares of the Company pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP 2009 Plan by eligible employees at the grant price fixed on the date of grant being December 03, 2010.
