Vaibhav Global Ltd approves allotment of 1791 Equity Shares

Vaibhav Global Ltd has allotted 1,791 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each on February 17, 2017 to "Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust" under VGL Employee Stock Option Plan (As Amended) - 2006.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 32,54,56,170 consisting of 3,25,45,617 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
