Motherson Sumi allots 10,50,000 shares

Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2007, has made allotment of 10,50,000 Equity Shares of Re 1/ each pursuant to conversion of Zero coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds of Euro 1.50 Millions.
