Color Chips to raise funds

Color Chips India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 16, 2007, has decided to issue Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) / American Depository Receipts (ADRs) up to 12.5 Million US dollars and also decided to convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company to obtain the consent of the shareholders for the same.
