The Board of Directors of AXIS Bank Ltd has passed a resolution approving the allotment of 3 years Senior Floating Rate Notes aggregating to USD 10,000,000 (USD Ten Million only), under the Bank's MTN Programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch.

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.489.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 482.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 474568 in over 6616 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 491.6 and intraday low of 480.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 231374694.
