Real Strips allots shares on preferential basis

Real Strips Ltd has announced that resolution passed in an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 14, 2007, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 17, 2007, has allotted 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 37/- per share on Preferential basis.
