Apollo Hospitals Committee Meeting on Oct 19, 2007 to convert warrants into shares

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has announced that a Committee Meeting of the Company will be held on October 19, 2007 to approve the allotment of 1,549,157 warrants to Dr. Prathap C Reddy pursuant to the special resolution approved by the members at the EGM held on October 06, 2007.
