Omaxe Allots Debentures to LIC Mutual Fund

Omaxe Ltd has announced that the Company on October 11, 2007 has allotted 70 Secured Non Convertible Debentures of Rs 1 Cr. each (Series J) amounting to Rs 70 Crores to LIC Mutual Fund on Private placement basis.
