Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 36892 shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on January 24, 2017 for issue and allotment of a total of 36892 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

10000 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 1900 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.

9488 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 15504 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
