Jindal Stainless Allots 109491 equity shares

Jindal Stainless Ltd has announced that the Company on October 12, 2007 has allotted 1,09,491 equity shares of Rs 2/- each upon conversion of 60 - 0.50% Convertible Bonds Due 2009 of US$ 3,00,000. Consequent upon conversion of convertible bonds, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 28,60,37,536/- to Rs 28,62,56,518/- divided into 14,31,28,259 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
